      Following a decision by the North Atlantic Council, the DIANA Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting requirements outlined in the NATO Financial Regulations (NFR) and the Financial Rules and Procedures (FRP).

      These statements comply with the NATO Accounting Framework, which aligns with the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).

      BUDGET

      DIANA’s activities are financed by Member Nations through joint funding. Each participating nation contributes to the funding based on a cost-sharing formula that has been mutually agreed upon for DIANA to execute its mission.
